I'm currently at the forefront of mobile AI, driving growth and adoption for the Alexa+ app. I reimagine how AI can turn your phone into a proactive assistant that anticipates needs and streamlines your life. Previously, I owned Amazon's 'Your Orders' page, where I simplified the post-purchase journey for millions, turning complexity into clarity and delight.
Led customer insights and support strategy for Uber's innovation businesses (U4B, Freight, JUMP); influenced product roadmaps with data-driven CX insights and launched global support programs for Uber's largest enterprise clients.
Drove strategy and process transformation for large health insurers and public programs; launched agile frameworks, streamlined compliance, and enabled tech investments impacting 750K+ members.
